From an off-ice shooting station and off-ice stickhandling to free weights, bikes, treadmills, and more. Today, figure skating and hockey take more than just skill on the ice. You need to be strong, fast, and healthy to make sure you go home with the top prize. With over 3,700 s.f., you have the room, tools, and equipment you need to build your strength, improve your flexibility, and increase your stamina. Conveniently located inside our facility, so you can go from the ice to the training center without having to pack up. We offer a daily drop-in rate of $10 for the training center.
